Apply ARCTIC FREEZE and GELISH XPRESS DIP N BRUSH ARCTIC FREEZE powder on the uncured gel. Cure for 30 seconds. Dust off excess dust. Finish your look by massaging NOURISH Cuticle Oil into the skin surrounding the nail plate.
