Dip nail into XPRESS DIP SCANDALOUS powder and tap off excess.
TOP COAT
Apply TOP IT OFF and cure for 45 seconds.
CLEAN
Cleanse using NAIL SURFACECLEANSE and a WIPE IT OFF lint-free wipe.
FINISH
Massage NOURISH Cuticle Oil.
